Shipping & Processing

We are proud to offer convenient international shipping and delivery services to our customers worldwide. 

Shipping fees and delivery time may vary based on your shipping zone and order volume. Any pre-order items that may be unavailable due to high demand will be processed and sent as soon as stock becomes available.

NORTH AMERICA

  • NON-PROMOTIONAL ITEMS have an estimated 3-6 week delivery period for any item that is fully available in stock.
    • These items include a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your item has shipped (Please note: Not all countries provide a tracking number).
  • PROMOTIONAL ITEMS have an estimated 4-8 week delivery period for any item that is fully available in stock.
    • These items do not include a tracking number, but please rest assured; if you don't receive your order within the estimated timeframe, just let us know and we'll take care of you!

 

INTERNATIONAL (REST OF THE WORLD) 

  • NON-PROMOTIONAL ITEMS have an estimated 2-4 week delivery period for any item that is fully available in stock. The estimated delivery period includes sensitivity to custom clearance and delays. 
    • These items include a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your item has shipped. (Please note: Not all countries provide a tracking number).
  • PROMOTIONAL ITEMS have an estimated 4-8 week delivery period for any item that is fully available in stock.
    • These items do not include a tracking number, but please rest assured; if you don't receive your order within the estimated timeframe, just let us know and we'll take care of you!

Please note: All prices are in USD. Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.  These additional fees will be collected upon delivery from carriers for certain packages and are the recipient's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. 

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

If the order arrives at your country and...

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package. 

Eve Household reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

Once your order is processed you will be sent an email with your tracking number and tracking link within 24-48 hours.

    If you have made a mistake entering your information please contact us within 24 hours to make any changes to your order. Once 24 hours has passed your order will be final and sent to our shipping partners.

    Please anticipate that tracking updates may be hampered, as all international shipments are facing significant delays due to widespread travel restrictions and disruptions to major business operations caused by the global impact of the coronavirus. 

    Our shipping partners are implementing alternative solutions to keep services moving at a reasonable pace while following any precautionary measures deemed necessary. As soon as your package reaches its next destination, your tracking will be updated.
